Keepshut London was appointed to deliver a comprehensive fire door installation and maintenance programme at The Panoramic, a high-profile residential development in Pimlico, London. The project formed part of an ongoing fire safety strategy and involved over 400 fire doors across the estate, including new installations, planned maintenance, and compliance works.
Our involvement focused on the delivery and coordination of compliant fire door installations alongside structured maintenance to ensure continued performance. This included assessing existing door sets, installing certified fire doors where required, carrying out scheduled maintenance works, and ensuring all fire doors met current fire safety and performance standards.
Due to the scale of the estate and its occupied residential environment, the project required a carefully managed and phased approach. Works were planned to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining full compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and recognised industry guidance.
