RRFSO requires fire door remedial works in London to be performed by competent passive fire professionals. We are a certified fire contractor to deliver fire door services and compartmentation works in London, Kent and surrounding areas.

BM TRADA Q-mark Commitment
Keepshut London operates in line with the requirements of the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation and Maintenance Schemes. Our works are carried out in accordance with scheme rules, manufacturer guidance and relevant British Standards to ensure fire doors are installed, maintained and repaired correctly.

Certification, audit findings and scheme requirements are reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing compliance and best practice.
Quality Control Processes
Quality control is embedded throughout our works. All activities are planned, monitored and reviewed to ensure they meet required standards. This includes checking materials, workmanship and installation methods before, during and after works are completed.

Supervisory checks are carried out where required, and any issues identified are addressed promptly to maintain quality and compliance.
Inspection Procedures
Fire door inspections and related works are undertaken by competent personnel with appropriate training and experience. Inspections are carried out using structured processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Findings are recorded clearly, supported by photographs where appropriate, and issued to the Client in a format that supports compliance, maintenance planning and record keeping.

Non-Conformance Management
Where non-conformances are identified, they are recorded and communicated to the Client. Corrective actions are agreed and implemented in a timely manner.

Root causes are reviewed where appropriate to prevent repeat issues and to support ongoing improvement in quality and delivery.

Continuous Improvement
