MODERN SLAVERY POLICY

Modern Slavery Statement

Keepshut London is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity and to ensure that modern slavery does not take place in any part of our organisation.

Commitment to Preventing Modern Slavery

Keepshut London operates a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We are committed to working responsibly and expect the same standards from those we work with.

Supply Chain Transparency

We work with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors who are expected to operate in line with applicable laws and ethical standards. Where possible, we engage with established and reputable suppliers and seek transparency in how goods and services are provided.

Due Diligence Processes

As part of our due diligence processes, we take reasonable steps to assess and monitor risks within our supply chain. This may include supplier checks, reviewing available policies and addressing concerns where they are identified. Any issues raised are investigated and acted upon appropriately.

Zero Tolerance Approach

Keepshut London will not knowingly engage with organisations or individuals involved in modern slavery or unethical labour practices. Any concerns identified during our works or through our supply chain are taken seriously and escalated for review.

Responsibility and Review

Responsibility for this statement sits with company management. This Modern Slavery Statement is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate and aligned with legal and ethical expectations.
