Keepshut London maintains comprehensive specialist fire industry insurance, including £10M public, product and employers’ liability cover, £5M professional indemnity insurance, and additional cover for contract works and cyber security.
FIRE DOOR REGULATIONS AND COMPETENCY
RRFSO requires fire door remedial works in London to be performed by competent passive fire professionals. We are a certified fire contractor to deliver fire door services and compartmentation works in London, Kent and surrounding areas.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY STATEMENT
Keepshut London maintains appropriate levels of insurance to support our fire door, compartmentation and passive fire protection services. Our insurance arrangements are in place to protect our Clients, employees and other parties who may be affected by our works.
Insurance Cover
Our insurance policies are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain suitable for the nature and scale of our activities and meet Client, contractual and statutory requirements.
Public Liability Insurance
Keepshut London holds public liability insurance with cover of £10 million or greater. This provides protection in respect of injury to third parties or damage to property arising from our activities.
Employers’ Liability Insurance
We maintain employers’ liability insurance with cover of £10 million, in line with legal requirements. This provides cover for employees while carrying out their duties on behalf of the company.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Keepshut London holds professional indemnity insurance with cover of £5 million. This provides protection in relation to professional advice, inspection and reporting services provided as part of our works.
Specialist Fire and Security Insurance
Our insurance arrangements include specialist fire and security-related cover, reflecting the nature of our services and the environments in which we operate. This ensures our activities are appropriately insured when working within occupied, commercial and higher-risk buildings.
Confirmation of Cover
Evidence of insurance can be provided upon request. This statement is reviewed periodically to ensure accuracy and continued compliance with Client and contractual requirements.
