Keepshut London was appointed to deliver a bespoke fire door maintenance programme at the NoMad Hotel, a 5-star Hilton-operated hotel in London. This ongoing, annual project covers the entire building and requires a highly detailed and sensitive approach to fire door compliance within a luxury hospitality environment.

The scope of works includes planned fire door inspections, servicing and maintenance carried out in line with BS 8214 and current fire safety legislation. Particular attention is given to the condition, performance and operation of fire doors to ensure they continue to function as part of the building’s wider fire compartmentation strategy.

Due to the operational nature of a five-star hotel, works are carefully coordinated to minimise disruption to guests and hotel staff. Our engineers work methodically to protect finishes, maintain aesthetics and ensure installations remain aligned with the original design intent while meeting compliance standards.
