Preston Hall

Keepshut London was appointed to deliver Grade Listed fire door remedial works at Preston Hall in Maidstone, Kent. The project was undertaken on behalf of chartered surveyors and focused on upgrading communal fire doors following a programme of luxury remodelling.

The works required a sensitive approach to ensure fire doors met the latest fire safety standards while preserving the historic character of this Grade Listed building. Our team carried out detailed assessments of existing doors and implemented compliant remedial solutions that aligned with both fire safety legislation and conservation requirements.
