Carlos Place, Mayfair

Keepshut London was appointed to provide specialist fire door consultancy services at Carlos Place, a Grade Listed property in London. The project required a highly controlled and collaborative approach to ensure fire door compliance while meeting strict local authority, Building Control and conservation standards.

Our role included working closely with Building Control to achieve sign-off, alongside the delivery of bespoke, like-for-like fire door installations. Each installation was carefully specified to maintain the original character of the building while achieving the required fire performance.

The project was meticulously managed in collaboration with luxury architects Holland Harvey and Building Control consultants Scototec. This ensured all fire door works aligned with the building’s wider fire strategy, architectural intent and conservation requirements.
